Of course I want you to love what you buy. If you are not happy with your purchase simply return the item to me within 14 days of receipt for a prompt refund, exchange or credit. Please call ahead or e-mail me before you return your item. Any item returned must be in original condition, which includes tags and packaging. Please ship back via insured mail. Any shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.
All orders over $100 will go out with USPS Priority Mail shipping. For orders under $100 I will ship USPS First Class Mail. If you would like your order to be shipped via Fed Ex, please contact me here. In these cases, shipping charges will be applied accordingly.
Repairs and Adjustments
I fully stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of my work. If at any time a piece is in need of repair or adjustment, just send it back and I'll be happy to fix it. Some material charges may apply based on individual circumstances. Please call ahead or e-mail me before you ship item.
I try to use only natural, quality gemstones, although some color enhancements might be used by my suppliers. Also, due to the nature of using natural gemstones, some color and shape variations may occur from piece to piece. Jewelry Care Oxidation is the biggest culprit of tarnishing of most metals so with that try to keep your piece in an air tight plastic bag and/or jewelry box when not wearing. If you find you do need to polish a piece, I recommend a soft polishing cloth or a soft toothbrush with ample baking soda(stones will be fine) and water and a drop of Dawn. Never use "dip" polishing products as they will over strip the metal and thus exacerbate the tarnishing.
